Skippered charters with Southampton RIB Charter will enable you to enjoy a safe and comfortable trip, giving you exclusive use of our RIB on a date and time of your choosing.
Our private charters can be booked for up to 10 guests, making it ideal for groups of friends and family, whether you are celebrating a special occasion, planning a stag or hen party or just wishing to enjoy a day out on the water, exploring the Solent and the Isle of Wight. We can personalise your charter to meet your individual needs.

Bareboat Charter
When you want to hire a boat and drive yourself.
You can now hire our RIB for the day as long as you hold a Powerboat 2 Licence or above. It is a great way to explore the Solent by yourselves at your own pace. With so many events happening throughout the year why not charter the boat and get up close to the action at the boat races or during Cowes week? See our Events page for more key dates coming up in the year.

Our boat comes fully fuelled and any fuel used will be charged at current MDL prices.
Corporate Charters
Perfect for entertaining clients and company days out.
At Southampton RIB Charter we offer trips tailored to your corporate needs. Whether you're looking to impress or reward your clients, suppliers or staff. Your party will be warmly welcomed on board by your professional skipper. You will enjoy a first class charter experience and a totally unique trip.
Itineraries can be discussed to suit your requirements. Corporate experiences can be booked for up to 10 guests per vessel. We are able to arrange numerous Ribeye 785’s for that uniformed corporate look. RIB charters are ideal for entertaining clients, as well as motivating and rewarding staff.

Shuttles and Transfers

Why not arrive in style with Southampton RIB Charter?
You can charter our RIB for that special occasion to transport your friends or family to a waterside pub, restaurant or beach in style. The RIB can be booked for groups of up to 12 guests and we can tailor the transfer to suit your needs.
We offer transfers to and from most marinas on the Isle of Wight and on the mainland. We can tailor your trip to suit your requirements, whether it is a trip to shore or to another boat or yacht.

Commercial Charter
For all your work needs on the water.
Southampton RIB Charter is available for commercial charter, providing the perfect craft for product launches, or for your film, photographic and media work in the Solent area. We also offer transfers of staff and equipment, as well as access to news incidents and special events.
Our RIB is coded by the MCA (Maritime and Coastguard Agency) with a workboat certification.

Yacht Charter
When looking for something more luxurious.
Southampton RIB Charter are delighted to offer this exceptional Princess V58 for charter. With a generous beam of almost 15 feet, the vessel sets the benchmark for unrivalled space, flexibility, and onboard accommodation.

Licensed for up to 12 guests, the yacht combines luxurious styling with premium amenities to deliver a truly memorable experience. Guests can enjoy watching one of the many events from the forward sunbathing area or the aft deck, both offering superb viewing platforms. Alternatively, anchor in a tranquil bay to swim, snorkel, sunbathe, or simply relax with a glass of champagne. The yacht also provides the perfect base for visiting nearby marinas, allowing you to go ashore to explore, shop, or enjoy lunch at one of the area’s excellent eateries.

We can also offer one of our RIBs alongside the yacht as a multi-boat charter. This unique option provides the comfort and relaxation of a mother ship, with the added excitement of transferring to the RIB for an fun ride.
Axopar Charter
When looking for something more special.
We are pleased to announce that we have added an Axopar 28 Cabin to our fleet which is now available for both skippered and bareboat charters.
Axopars in recent years have become some of the most sought after boats, not just in The Solent but across the world.

We can also arrange multiple Axopars upon request or can combine with one of our rib charters.

Drone Filming

Southampton RIB Charter have teamed up with Maritime Filming and can offer a package to suit all your aerial filming needs whilst out on the water.

With some of the most extensive maritime knowledge of any UAV filming company in the UK we know how to get the right shot, every time. We have worked in maritime and filming industries before moving to UAVs so have the background knowledge required to deal with the often extreme and challenging environment of the sea. All our kit is specially designed and adapted for the marine environment.
Scattering of Ashes
Giving your loved one a special send off.
Scattering ashes at sea can be a wonderful way to give a loved one a send off – whether they were a sailor, a fisherman or they just loved and felt connected to the sea.
Southampton RIB Charter can provide the means for you to say goodbye in a private setting giving you time to reflect, grieve together and celebrate the life of your loved ones.
There are many reasons people may wish to have their ashes scattered at sea.
We offer a family-friendly approach and can put together a personal day for you based on your requirements.
Isle of Wight Festival 2026
18th - 21st June 2026

We offer private transfers to The Isle of Wight Festival. We offer a convenient and fast service dropping you off at Island Harbour Marina which is only a 5 minute walk to the Festival ground. Why not arrive in style and avoid lengthy queuing for ferries.
By utilising our ribs, we ensure quick and convenient travel to the festival from most mainland marinas. Within an hour of stepping aboard, we can have you at the festival ground, ready to enjoy the event. This efficient mode of transport saves time and adds to the overall experience of attending the Isle of Wight Festival.
